After starting operations in Bangalore in the year 2008, Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies established its Hyderabad campus in the year 2010. NMIMS, Mumbai - Hyderabad Campus Admission Process

Candidates interested in applying in this institute need to complete the application available on the institute's portal. Applicants, who are applying for courses after completing their 12th standard need to clear the NMIMS-NPAT admission test to qualify for admission. A candidate can only take the NMIMS-NPAT exam thrice. NMAT has three sections, namely the Logical Reasoning section, Language Skills section and Quantitative Skills section. In addition to this, applicants applying to the PGDM (Executive) programme need to fulfil the following criteria:-

  • Undergraduate applicants must have three years of work experience
  • Postgraduate applicants must have two years of work experience
  • Candidates must have an excellent academic and work record.

NMIMS, Mumbai - Hyderabad Campus Placement and Salary Trends

NMIMS has an active placement cell, which brings lucrative employment opportunities for their students with many notable national and international organizations. In the academic session of 2017-2019, this institute saw a 20% increase in the average CTC offered and a 14.2% increase in the median CTC. In addition to this, 28 new corporations visited this campus for recruitment purposes. Some of the prime recruiting partners of this academic session are ICICI bank, Infosys, ShopClues, Deloitte, Genpact, Crisil and Airtel. In the same academic session, the average CTC for different specializations was INR 12.19 lakh for finance, INR 11.71 lakh for human resource management, INR 10.2 lakhs for operations and analytics and INR 11.74 lakhs for marketing.

In addition to this, students were able to fetch many high paying summer internships with leading organizations. The highest stipend earned was INR 90,000 and the average stipend was INR 23,103.

Students are granted scholarships based on their performance in the Senior Secondary Examinations. NMIMS, Mumbai - Hyderabad Campus Special Programme

NMIMS Hyderabad offers a Certificate in Business Analytics programme, which is a nine-month-long course focused on improving the analytical thinking and advanced statistical concepts of students. Students will also receive a five-day-long Statistical Business Analyst training at the end of this course. They will be provided with SAS academic material and a software package during the programme.
