Vishwakarma University is established as StatePrivate University under the Government of Maharashtra Act No. XXXVIII dated May 3, 2017. Recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC), Vishwakarma University is allowed to admit students, design and implement curriculum, conduct examinations and award degrees. The University has collaborations with Korea Institute of Science and Technology, State University of New York, and many more. ED Cell promotes Learning Management System (LMS) based courses offered from Wadhvani Foundation's NEN which help students to get additional certifications. Vishwakarma University Admission Process

VU offers UG, PG, certificate, PG diploma courses in several fields. Vishwakarma University application process modes is through online or offline, both. The University application process generally begins in May every year. The Vishwakarma University admission process highlights are listed below:  

  • Admission to BA, BA (Hons), BSc, BSc (Hons), BBA LLB, BCom, MA and MSc programmes is based on aggregate obtained by a candidate in previous qualifying exam
  • The University grants admission to BTech on the basis of score obtained in MHTCET 2020 JEE Main 2020. Admission to BPharm programme is based on MHTCET 2020VUNET 2020 score
  • Candidates seeking admission to MTech need to obtain required scores in GATE 2020/ VUNET 2020
  • Admission to MBA programme is based on the performance in CAT 2019/ MAT 2020/ XAT 2020/ ATMA 2020/ GMAT 2020/ VUNET 2020
  • Admission to PhD programme is based on VUPET score followed by an interview round. However, candidates with a valid UGC NET 2020CSIR NET 2020GATE 2020/ are granted admission directly followed by an interview round

Vishwakarma University Courses

Vishwakarma University offers 41 UG, PG, certificate, PG diploma, and doctoral courses in various streams of Art & Design, Science & Technology, Commerce & Management, Humanities & Social Sciences, Law Pharmacy, Journalism & Mass Communication, Inter-Disciplinary studies, and so on. The University offers three-year, UG courses in Arts & Social Sciences and, Commerce & Management, whereas two-year is the duration for PG courses in the same stream.
