Bhagat Phool Singh Mahila Vishwavidyalaya (BPSMV), Khanpur Kalan is a state university, established in 2006 by an act of Haryana Legislature. The University is recognised by the UGC. BPSMV is the first state Women University in North India. The university is spread over 500 acres of networked. BPSMV has established the Centre for Society- University Interface and Research (CSUIR) which offers innovative programmes like Integrated Energy Resource Management, Micro Finance Practices, and Folk Medicine. The university is awarded an Area Study Centre on Indic-Asian Studies (CIAS) by UGC. BPSMV offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses in art, science, commerce, legislature, pharmacy, management, technology, education, health and physical education through its campus departments and affiliated colleges.
Location: Bhagat Phool Singh Mahila Vishwavidyalaya, Khanpur Kalan is located at Ganaur Road, Khanpur Kalan, Haryana. Gohana Junction is 13 km away from the BPSMV and the nearest Bus Depot is 8 km away from the Vishwavidyalaya. Indira Gandhi Internatit’sional Airport is about 119 km away from the University.

BPSMV Cells and Centers:
Centre for Society University Interface & Research (CSUIR): Centre for Society University Interface & Research (CSUIR) organises the courses and activities which are of direct relevance to the rural community. Through its various activities, it bridges the disconnection between Universities and society.
NSS: NSS volunteers of BPSMV actively take part in a variety of activities, which include blood donation, family life education, functional literacy, help for the visually impaired, college-campus cleanliness, skill development and leadership and personality development.
NCC: NCC Cadet Crop of the BPSMV organises and trains youth and provides leadership in all walks of life including the Armed and Navy forces. It also creates a suitable environment to motivate the youth to take up a career in the armed forces. NCC fortifies character, command and discipline among the students. It provides framing for a career in the forces.

B.Com Hons
A person, who have passed Higher Secondary/Intermediate (10+2) with Mathematics/Commerce/Economics at least 45% marks (42.75% marks in case of SC/ST candidates) in the aggregate examination recognized Board as equivalent thereto, shall be eligible for the course.
B.Tech Electronics and Communication Engineering
A Candidate must have passed in 10+2 examination from recognized Board/University with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects: Chemistry, Biotechnology and Biology/Technical Vocational subject in Obtained at least 45% marks (42.75% in case of candidate belonging to SC category).

A candidate who has passed Bachelor degree with minimum 45% marks (42.75% for SC/ST/differently-abled candidates) or equivalent under 10+2+3 pattern from any recognized university.
BHM
A person, who have passed Higher Secondary/Intermediate (10+2) any stream with 45% marks (42.75% marks in case of SC/ST/differently-abled candidates) or other examination recognized as equivalent thereto, shall be eligible for the course.
M.Tech Network Security
A Candidate must have passed BE/BTech with 50% marks aggregate (47.50% for SC/ST/differently-abled candidates) in Computer Science and Engineering/Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology or MCA/M.Sc (Computer Science)/MSc (Information Technology) regular mode with 50% marks aggregate (47.50% for SC/ST/differently-abled candidates) from recognizedUniversity.
No candidate who is in employment (full time/part time/honorary service)shall be eligible to take admission in MTech. programme without taking leave from her institute/office from the date of admission to the termination of her examination including other essential requirements. She has to submit an affidavit in this regard. If a found violation of this rules her admission shall stand canceled.
Note: The candidate possessing MSc and MCA degrees seeking admission in MTech Network Security must be from science stream at an undergraduate level.
M.Tech Fashion Technology
A Candidate must have passed BE/BTech with 50% marks in aggregate (47.50% for SC/ST/differently-abled candidates) in Fashion Technology/Fashion and Apparel Engineering/Textile Technology/Textile Chemistry/Textile Engineering/Fiber Science or appropriate branch of Engineering and Technology or M.Sc. (Fashion Technology) regular mode with 50% marks in aggregate (47.50% for SC/ST/differently-abled) marks in aggregate from recognized University.
B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering
A Candidate must have passed in 10+2 examination from recognized Board/University with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects: Chemistry, Biotechnology and Biology/Technical Vocational subject in Obtained at least 45% marks (42.75% in case of candidate belonging to SC category).
B.Tech Information Technology
A Candidate must have passed in 10+2 examination from recognized Board/University with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects: Chemistry, Biotechnology and Biology/Technical Vocational subject in Obtained at least 45% marks (42.75% in case of candidate belonging to SC category).
