The Central University of Odisha (CUO) was established by the Government of India in 2009. It is located in the Koraput District of Odisha, which comes within the KBK region (Koraput, Bolangir, and Kalahandi) in the State of Odisha. The CUO is accredited by NAAC and approved by the UGC. Central University of Odisha, Koraput offers several UG, PG and Doctoral courses in various specialisations under its seven constituent schools of study. 

Central University of Odisha courses include BCA BEd, MA, MSc, MBA and PhD programmes. CUO Koraput eligibility criteria vary according to the course and level of study. Central University of Odisha admissions are offered based on the CUET - Common University Entrance Test conducted by NTA.
