- A minimum of 50% or 5.0 CGPA (55% in the case of CBSE, ICSE, ISCSE, IGSCE, and IB) in 10+2 examination or equivalent examination in any discipline from a recognized Central / State Board or its equivalent and Qualified in GAT (UG Science) 2023.
B.Sc-Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry
- A Candidate must have passed with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry at Intermediate / 10+2 from any recognized board.
- The requirement for admission to the above program is a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in group (optional) subjects in the qualifying examination.
B.Sc-Mathematics, Statistics and Computer Science
Pass in Intermediate with Mathematics as one of the courses (subject) and with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks or any other equivalent Examination approved by GITAM.
B.Sc-Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science
- Candidates with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry at Intermediate / +2 only can apply.

M.Sc Biotechnology
A candidate must have passed in B.Sc. with Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Bioinformatics, Chemistry, Medical Lab Technology, Genetics, Home Science, Food and Nutrition, Zoology, Botany, Agriculture, Aquaculture, Veterinary Sciences, Environmental Science, B.Pharm., BPT, and B.Tech. in allied subjects as one of the subject(s) and with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in degree or any other equivalent examination approved by GITAM.
M.Sc Analytical Chemistry
A candidate must have passed in B.Sc with Chemistry as one of the Subjects and with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in degree or any other equivalent Examination approved by GITAM University.
M.Sc Biochemistry and Molecular Biology
A candidate must have passed the B.Sc. with Life Sciences / Chemistry/ Food Science / Env. Sci./BEM / B.A Home Science / B.Tech. / B.Pharm / B.P.T./M.L.T in allied subjects as one of the Subjects and with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks or Second division or any other equivalent examination approved by GITAM.
M.Sc Food Science and Technology
A candidate must have passed the B. Sc. with Life Sciences / Chemistry / MLT / Env Sci. / Food Sci. as one of the subject(s) / B. Pharm. / B.P.T / B. Tech. / BA Home Science in allied subjects with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks or second division or any other equivalent examination approved by GITAM.
M.Sc Microbiology
A candidate must have passed the B. Sc. with Life Sciences / Chemistry / MLT / Env Sci./ Food Sci. as one of the subject(s) / B. Pharm. / B.P.T / B. Tech. in allied subjects with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks or second division or any other equivalent examination approved by GITAM.
B.Sc Nursing
- The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on 31st December of the year which admission is sought.
- Minimum Education Intermediate with BI.P.C or 10+2 passed with Science Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology & English with 45%.
- 10+2 passed out from recognized board under AISSCE / CBSE / ICSE/ SSCE/ HSCE or other equivalent board with science 45%.
- Students shall be medically fit.
- Students shall be admitted once in a year.
