Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai was established in 1933 and was converted into a deemed-to-be-university in 2008. ICT Mumbai is accredited by NBA and an “A++” grade by NAAC. It is a government coeducational institution.
ICT Mumbai offers courses in the streams of Engineering and Architecture, Sciences, Medicine and Allied Sciences and Pharmacy. The courses offered by ICT Mumbai include B.Tech, B.Pharma, M.Tech, M.Pharma, M.Sc, PGD and Ph.D, all in several specialisations. The candidate must meet the course-specific eligibility criteria to apply for the courses offered by ICT Mumbai.
ICT Mumbai offers admissions based on the performance of the candidate in the entrance examination. With a selective student intake, the ICT Mumbai relies on MH CET, JEE Main, GATE and GPAT while following a strictly merit-based admission process. Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai is located on Nathalal Parekh Marg in Matunga. Matunga Railway Station (E) and Wadala Railway Station are 13 and 12 minutes away from ICT Mumbai, respectively.
