DM Hepatology
A candidate must have passed the MD in General Medicine or Pediatrics from an Indian University recognized by the Institute or Diplomat of National Board in General Medicine / Pediatrics or any other examination approved by the Institute for this purpose from time to time. The candidates should have passed the MD exam prior to the date of entrance examination failing which they will not be allowed to appear for the entrance examination.
DM Organ Transplant Anaesthesia and Critical Care
A candidate must have passed the MD in Anaesthesia or Diplomat of National Board in Anaesthesia or any other examination approved by the Institute for this purpose from time to time. The candidates should have passed the MD exam prior to the date of entrance examination failing which they will not be allowed to appear for the entrance examination.
DM Paediatric Hepatology
A candidate must have completed the MD in Paediatrics or Diplomat of National Board in Paediatrics or any other examination approved by the Institute for this purpose from time to time. The candidates should have passed the MD exam prior to the date of entrance examination failing which they will not be allowed to appear for the entrance examination.
M.Ch Hepato Pancreato Biliary Surgery
A candidate must have MS in General Surgery from an Indian University recognized by the Institute or Diplomat of National Board in General Surgery or any other examination approved by the Institute for this purpose from time to time. The candidates should have passed the MD exam prior to the date of entrance examination failing which they will not be allowed to appear for the entrance examination.
Ph.D Biomedical Sciences
A Candidate must have passed Master degree (M.Sc / M.B.B.S/ MS / MD / DNB) in related stream from recognized University with Candidates should have secured minimum 60% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade as per UGC rules.
Ph.D Clinical Nutrition
(1) NET/NEET-qualified candidates (with independent fellowship)- direct interview / Departmental Assessment.
(2) Non-NET/NEET candidates - written test followed by interview/Departmental Assessment.
Master’s Degree in Biological Sciences (Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Zoology, Microbiology) or a Professional degree (MBBS, Master Degree in Medical or Dental Sciences, M.Tech., M.Pharma., M.V.Sc or other degrees) declared equivalent to Master’s degree by the corresponding statutory body. Candidates should have secured minimum 60% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade as per UGC rules.
Ph.D Epidemiology of Viral Hepatitis and Liver Diseases
