School of Planning and Architecture Delhi is one of India's earliest institutions dedicated to planning and architecture and was founded in 1941 as the Department of Architecture of Delhi Polytechnic. Later, it became associated with the University of Delhi, and today SPA Delhi is regarded as one of the best institutes in the country.
SPA Delhi received the designation "Deemed to be a University" in 1979. School of Planning and Architecture Delhi courses include B.Arch, B.Plan, M.Arch, M.Plan, M.Des and PhD. SPA Delhi admissions are offered through JEE Main/ GATE/ CEED. SPA Delhi fees may vary for the course chosen by the candidate. To get SPA Delhi admissions, Candidates must appear in the relevant entrance exams and must participate in the counselling process.
School of Planning and Architecture Delhi offers scholarships and financial aid to deserving students based on their academic performance, financial need, and other relevant criteria. Students from socially and economically disadvantaged backgrounds can receive National Scholarships from the Ministry of Education, Government of India.

Candidates shall be eligible for admission to the First Year of the Bachelors’ Degree programme in Architecture or Planning if they have obtained at least 50 percent marks in aggregate with Mathematics as a subject in the Class 12th or qualifying examination.

Candidates shall be eligible for admission to the First Year of the Bachelors’ Degree programme in Architecture or Planning if they have obtained at least 50 percent marks in aggregate with Mathematics as a subject in the Class 12th or qualifying examination.
M.Arch Urban Design
Candidates shall be Bachelors’ degree in Architecture or Planning from a recognized University or equivalent and eligible for admission to the First Year of the various Masters’ Degree programmes if they have obtained at least 55 percent marks or equivalent credits in aggregate (50 marks or equivalent credits percent for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates).
M.Arch Architectural Conservation
Candidates shall be Bachelors’ degree in Architecture from a recognized University or equivalent eligible for admission to the First Year of the various Masters’ Degree programs if they have obtained at least 55 percent marks or equivalent credits in aggregate (50 marks or equivalent credits percent for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates).
M.Plan Environmental Planning
