School of Planning and Architecture, Vijayawada (SPAV) is an autonomous institute which was established by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India in 2008. The SPAV Vijayawada has been recognised as an Institute of National Importance.

B.Arch
A Candidate for admission to the Five-year degree course in Engineering must have passed the Intermediate examination (10+2) of the Board of Intermediate Education with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) as subjects or any other examination.
M.Arch Sustainable Architecture
B.Arch. CGPA of 6.5 on a 10-point scale (or equivalent) or 60% marks in case of Open/OBC candidates in qualifying degree, whereas in case of SC/ST candidates a CGPA of 6.0 on a 10-Point scale (or equivalent) or 55% marks in qualifying degree will be applicable or the applicable GoI norms adopted by the institute from time to time.
