Uttaranchal Sanskrit University Vishva Vidhyapeeth, Haridwar (USVV) is a state university which came into existence in 2005 to promote study of Sanskrit and rich Indian culture. The institution is in Haridwar, Uttarakhand, and covers a land size of 25 acres and is NAAC certified. Recognised by UGC, USVV provides a wide number of 50 courses of 16 degrees in total, and a total number of students are 446. The university has 24 members on its faculty so students get the required personal attention and quality education in the faculties of Sanskrit and allied subjects.
