Acharya Polytechnic, Bangalore is a self-financed polytechnic college established in 1990. The private college is part of Acharya Institutes and runs under the JMJ Education Society. Acharya Polytechnic is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, and the Directorate of Technical Education-Govt Of Karnataka. Acharya Polytechnic offers full-time 3-year diploma programmes in the fields of technology, engineering, and non-engineering fields.  

Acharya Polytechnic diploma courses are available in different 13 specialisations from mechanical engineering to mining engineering and fashion technology. Admission into Acharya Polytechnic courses is provided based on the performance of the candidates in the qualifying examination. The college also conducts industrial visits, practical workshops, seminars, and webinars to equip students with more insight into industry and skills.
