Adarsha College of Engineering is a self financing college and was established in the year of 2009. This affiliated college is situated in the Angul of Odisha and is spread over 10 acres of land. ACE Angul is AICTE approved and is involved in offering several engineering programmes. The institute has been involved in education of students with a total enrolment of 1942 and 131 faculties which create a favourable environment for students pursuing technical courses. At its Angul campus, ACE conducts 17 courses of study spread across three programmes like Civil, Chemical, Computer, Electrical, Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering and Technology, Mining Engineering, Masters in Computer Application, and Masters in Business Administration .
Adarsha College of Engineering has been equipped with a number of amenities to improve the learning environment. This campus comes with all the necessary amenities for practical exercises, a facility for research with online books, magazines and journals, computerised and internet enabled laboratories. For the ease of its students, ACE Angul has two different hostels for boys and girls with a figure of accommodation capacity of 800 and 320 students respectively. The hostels provide round the clock supply of water and electricity to allow the smooth running of the hostels and make the environment comfortable. The college also has a first aid facility, a gym to keep the students fit and a large playground for hosting all kinds of outdoor events.
Among the courses available at ACE Angul, they include 7 B.Tech programmes, 4 M.Tech programmes and 6 Diploma programmes. The B.Tech programmes include Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering and Metallurgical Engineering. At Masters level, M.Tech is offered in Computer Science and Engineering, Environmental Science & Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, and Production Engineering. The institute also provides diploma courses in different fields of Engineering and in Hotel Management and Catering Technology. These courses are full time, giving students real knowledge and skills within subject specific areas.

At ACE Angul, opportunities for student admission and selection rely on national and state-level entrance. For B.Tech programmes admissions are taken through the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) Main or Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE). Based on the OJEE lateral entry test, the college also provides the students diploma and B.Sc. lateral entry admissions. For M.Tech programmes an entrance test is conducted through Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) scores or through Odisha JEE PGAT. The institute provides an admission provision for the candidates who meet the percentage criteria in the qualifying examinations and qualifying entrance test scores.

- Should have passed/appeared in the 10+2 examination from a recognized Board/University with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate (Physics + Chemistry + Mathematics + first paper + second paper).
