Advanced College of Technology and Management, better known as ACTM, which came into existence in the year 2006. This is a co-educational institution and an affiliated college for engineering programs. ACTM, Palwal, is 70 km from Delhi on the Delhi Mathura Road. It offers four B.Tech programs: Computer Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Electrical Engineering. The total enrolment of students in the institute is 33, hence providing an ideal learning environment. The Institute is fully committed to providing quality technical education for the successful career buildup of the students in the field of Engineering and Technology.

The college has separate hostels for boys and girls for the proper accommodation of out-station students. It provides sports facilities along with professional coaching available on campus. The admission process in ACTM, Palwal is mainly based on the Joint Entrance Examination, JEE Main, which includes a national-level engineering entrance examination. Applicants in B. Tech Programmes should have obtained 45% marks in aggregate of three subjects with Physics and Mathematics as subjects in their qualifying examination. The college considers the All India Engineering Entrance Examination merit for its admission process.
