The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates) or equivalent CGPA. Candidates need to take one of the competitive aptitude tests from amongst CAT conducted by (IIMs) / XAT / CMAT / NMAT / MAT / SNAP / GMAT (valid GMAT score).

Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates) or equivalent from a recognised university in India or abroad.

A candidate who is yet to appear for the final year examination of the bachelor's degree or equivalent is eligible to apply. However, for such candidates (if selected), the final year/semester examination should have been completed by July 15, 2024, and the result of that examination must be declared by September 31, 2024, following which they must submit a photocopy of their mark sheet and degree certificate.

• The  candidate must have  passed the  Master’s  Degree  examination  in  Arts, Science, Commerce, Technology, Engineering  or  Management  (a)  with a minimum of sixty percent marks  or  (b)  with  minimum of  fifty five  percent  marks  in  master  degree  provided  the candidate has passed the Bachelor’s degree examination with at least sixty -percent marks.
• The Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, or an equivalent qualification must be from Universities recognized  by the  Ministry  of  HRD,  Government  of India,  UGC,  or  any  University incorporated  by  an  Act of  Central or  State  legislature  in  India or  other educational qualifications obtained from Institutions/Universities recognized by the MHRD/UGC/AICTE as  equivalent to  Bachelors or Master’s degree or degrees obtained from recognized foreign universities.

The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA, awarded by any University or educational institution as incorporated by an Act of Parliament or State legislature in India or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognised by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India. The percentage of marks obtained by the candidate would be calculated based on the practice as followed by the respective University/Institution. In case of grades/CGPA, the conversion to percentage of marks would be based on the procedure as certified by the respective University/Institution. If any University/Institution confirms that there is no scheme for converting CGPA into equivalent marks, the equivalence would be established by dividing the candidate’s CGPA by the maximum possible CGPA, and multiplying the result with 100. Candidates appearing for the final year of Bachelor’s degree/equivalent qualification examination and those who have completed degree requirements and are awaiting results can also apply. However, it may be noted that such candidates, if selected, will be allowed to join the programme provisionally, only if they submit a certificate from the Principal/Registrar of their University/Institution stating that they have completed all the requirements for obtaining the Bachelor’s degree/equivalent qualification on the date of the issue of the certificate. Ahmedabad University may verify eligibility at various stages of the selection process.
