Annamacharya College of Pharmacy, Rajampet, a premier institution, was established in the year 2003 in Andhra Pradesh. This co-ed college is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Anantapur. The institution is accredited by NAAC and approved by PCI. ANCP has a campus of 4.5 acres, offering 8 courses across 4 degrees in the field of pharmacy. The college has a total enrolment of 585 students with a strength of 44 faculty members. It has a diverse student body composition with 37% males and 63% females. ANCP specialises in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, and Pharmaceutical Analysis Quality Assurance.
The facilities in the college are fully modern so that students may grow in their studies as well as personalities. The well-stocked library makes it very accessible for access to all kinds of publications through books, periodicals, journals, and videos in printed and electronic formats. A well-established computer laboratory in the college provides instructional and training facilities for the enhancement of technical skills for the students. ANCP has 24 well-furnished laboratories attached to different pharmacy departments in the college premises, following norms and guidelines provided by AICTE, PCI, NBA, NAAC, and JNTUA. Another important feature of this campus is the existence of separate hostels for boys and girls, which would provide a comfortable living environment for students who come from faraway places. The college also provides all the amenities like a canteen, sports facilities, Wi-Fi connectivity, and a transportation facility.
Annamacharya College of Pharmacy provides all types of courses in the field of pharmacy due to meeting the different student needs. This institute offers a total number of 8 types of courses which include full-time undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programmes. These courses include B.Pharma, M.Pharma in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Analysis and Quality Assurance, Pharmaceutics, and Pharmacology, Pharm.D, Pharm.D Post Baccalaureate and D.Pharma. The total sanctioned intake of all programs together is 260. The highest intake is of the B. Pharma with 100 seats.
The Admission into Annamacharya College of Pharmacy is done mostly through the Andhra Pradesh Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test AP EAMCET. The Convener, EAMCET, Guntur, conducts the admission process for B.Pharma. This college accepts AP EAMCET scores in all programs, hence making its admission process quite fair and uniform. ANCP also provides scholarships to its students.

The candidates must pass with at least 50% marks in 10 + 2 (or an equivalent examination) with biology or biotechnology as one of the subjects.

D. Pharmacy (Diploma of Pharmacy) holders are eligible for admission into B. Pharmacy second year directly via lateral entry.
M.Pharma Pharmaceutical Chemistry
The candidate should have passed a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy. Obtained at least 55% marks (50% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying Examination.
M.Pharma Pharmaceutical Analysis Quality Assurance
The candidate should have passed a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy. Obtained at least 55% marks (50% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying Examination.
M.Pharma Pharmaceutics

Pharma.D
The candidate should have passed the 10+2 examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects and mathematics/biology subjects. OR Passed a Diploma in Pharmacy.
Pharma.D Post Baccalaureate

D.Pharma
The candidate should have passed higher secondary education in the science stream with physics, chemistry and either biology or maths as subjects.
