In 2001, Anurag Engineering College, Kodad, was established and is autonomous. This college is approved as per AICTE norms and is a Co-Ed. The college offers Diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate courses to students who want to pursue in the fields of Computer Science Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Production Engineering Management, Business Administration and others. 

This college is affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. Anurag Engineering College, Kodad, also called Anurag Kodad, courses including Diploma, B.E/B.Tech., M.E/M. Tech, and M.B.A.. Admission into these courses is given based on the scores acquired by the students in the TS-POLYCET/ TS-EAMCET/TS-PGECET/TS-ICET exams. Aspirants are advised to meet the Anurag Kodad cut-off as prescribed by the management of the college, wherever applicable.

The college also has a placement cell, which offers its students placement opportunities in diploma, undergraduate, and postgraduate courses with a good salary package.
