Affiliated college, ARJ College of Engineering and Technology (ARJCET) was commenced in the year 2002, is located in the district of Tiruvarur, Tamil Nadu. Located in a 25acre land, ARJCET has a variety of engineering and management courses. The name of the institution is approved by, All India Council for Technical Education and it is famous for Technical Education. In terms of the total number of students it has admitted to different courses is 386, and faculty is 123 and thus it has created favourable conditions for learning. 

ARJCET has a wide range of facilities in place to back up each of the above mentioned academic programs. Two of them are the main library and college library: The college library is an important component of learning as it stocks a wealth of books. To the engineering students, quality laboratories are provided for different fields of engineering- Physics, Chemistry, Mechanical, Computer, Electrical, and Civil engineering students . 

The campus provides an accommodation exclusively for boys and girls separately that provide comfortable stay for the out-station students. The athletic persons can use any of the facilities for football, cricket, basketball, and volleyball in the outsdoor facilities. The college also has a gymnasiums for those students who are conscious about their fitness. There is an auditorium that is extended to a capacity of 500 for conference, workshops and seminars make the educational experience complete.

This institution provides students with numerous programs; under part tertiary with 9 undergraduate programs and 4 postgraduate programs. These include various undergraduate BE programs and the postgraduate programs which include ME, MCA and MBA programs. 

The admission process to ARJCET is simple and Backpacking across the European continent was a great opportunity for me and gave me chance to meet new with fresh and merit-based. For undergraduate engineering programs the college considers the scores obtained through the TNEA counselling process. ME and MCA programs have the admission criteria as follows, GATE score for postgraduate level admissions for ME programs and TANCET score for postgraduate level admissions for MCA programs.
