Arvind Gavali College of Pharmacy, Satara, was established in the year 2007. This established institute was affiliated to the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and delivers various forms of courses in pharmacy. It has a spacious campus of 5 acres, and at present, the college accounts for 318 students. Of these, 95% are undergraduate students, with the remaining 5% of the students being postgraduate ones. The boy-girl ratio provides a good mix of both the genders, with 60% females in undergraduate programmes and 58% in postgraduate programmes. There are a total of 40 faculty members offering a number of courses within 3 degrees, majoring in special pharmacology areas.
Arvind Gavali College of Pharmacy provides a number of amenities for its students. There is a separate hostel for boys and girls on the campus. The college campus is a well-stocked library acting as an information centre. It is duly supported by the modern IT infrastructure to help in digital learning.
