ASPMS K.T. Patil College of Pharmacy offers a comprehensive range of courses in the Pharmacy domain. The institution provides four full-time programmes: B.Pharma, M.Pharma in Pharmaceutics, M.Pharma in Quality Assurance, and Pharm.D. The sanctioned intake for all these programmes together is 160 students per year. The B. Pharma course, which is the backbone of the institution's courses, has the highest intake of 100 seats. Sanctioned intakes for both M. Pharma courses—Pharmaceutics and Quality Assurance—are 15 each, and for Pharm.D, there are 30 seats. These offer the students the choice at all levels of pharmaceutical education, from graduation to doctorate studies.

The admission process at ASPMS K. T. Patil College of Pharmacy is such that only the most meritorious students get enrolled in its different programmes. For the B. Pharma course, candidates are required to appear for MHT-CET and secure nonzero marks in it. The college accepts MHT-CET scores for undergraduate admissions and admits students based on MHT-CET scores, thereby making the admission process fair and uniform. For admission to postgraduate courses like M. Pharm, one must have scored nonzero positive marks in the GPAT conducted by the National Testing Agency.
