Balaji Institute of Pharmacy, Narsampet (BIP) was started in the year of 2005 this institution concentrate on the education in the pharmaceutical field. This affiliated college located in Laknepally Village, Narsampet Mandal, Warangal, Telangana offers pharmacy education since it is nearly two decades old and is improving the future of the pharmacy professionals. The institute is located in a 1.2 acre campus and provides six courses in four degree programme to those seeking to specialise in different areas in pharmaceutical industry. Currently the institution has a staff strength of 59 members of faculty. BIP has received approval from the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) which Speaking of quality education, approved by BIP.
Balaji Institute of Pharmacy boasts of having all the necessary facilities that are needed for a balanced learning and teaching process. Our library at BIP is informative, enriched with more than 5202 volumes and 583 titles; with subscriptions to 17 national and 11 international journals. The information technology resource is also well developed as shown by eighty-four HCL My Next PCs with 4 Mbps internet connectivity to enable the students to access current information technology systems. Besides, basic skill learning is supported with Pharmaceutical Chemistry Labs: three general and one reserved only for the research, and the Pharmaceutical Analysis laboratory. The above labs are fitted with modern apparatus like calorimeter, digital pH meters, UV visible spectrophotometers, and flame photometers etc., so that the students are exposed to the modern types of instruments used in industries.
Balaji Institute of Pharmacy comprises 6 full time courses for all level of pharmaceutical education. The educational programmes of the institute cover B.Pharma, D.Pharma, Pharm.D and M.Pharm with the specialisations in Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance, Pharmaceutical Analysis and Pharmaceutics.
