BDS School of Law, Meerut, was established in the year 2003 in Sector 8, Jagrati Vihar, in the proximity of Somdutt Vihar and opposite the Medical College on Garh Road. This affiliated college has been shaping legal minds for almost two decades. BDS School of Law, though approved by the Bar Council of India, has its compact campus of 1 acre where it runs a variety of courses in the field of law. Spread over a total student enrolment of 770 and a faculty strength of 22, it ensures a very focused learning environment for the students' pursuit of careers in the related field.
The institute's various facilities support the learning process of its students. The library has huge bookshelves, filled with texts on certain principles of the law and practice, boasting a vast collection of books, periodicals, and reference materials in such diverse branches of the law as civil, criminal, taxation, labor, and revenue. The library has managed to bring together manuals, and reference books as from way back as 1950, and therefore the students get a full historical perspective for the development of law. The Moot Court is one added advantage of the BDS School of Law, which features a court-space with complete realism. Here, students are given practical training by enacting and dramatising the proceedings of various landmark cases under the guidance of seasoned professionals, thus acquiring legal acumen and hands-on experience. College also makes use of modern technology with sufficient software and CD ROM's, containing updated legal information.
BDS School of Law, Meerut offers three full-time courses in total for students under legal education. The academic portfolio of the institute contains two undergraduate programs and one postgraduate program. For its LLB program, an approved intake of 180 seats is allowable; while for the integrated BA LLB, the intake is considered to be 60. The institution also offers a postgraduate degree in Master of Laws.

- The Graduate in any stream from a recognized university (Under the rules of C.C.S.University, Meerut) with a minimum of 45% marks are eligible to apply for registration/admission to LL.B. (3 years) Course OR LL.B. (5 years).
- In the case of General candidates minimum mark required is 45%, In the case of OBC candidates minimum mark required is 42%, and In the case of Sc/St candidates minimum mark required is 40%.
BA LLB
Graduates in any stream from a recognized university (Under the rules of C.C.S.University, Meerut) with a minimum of 45% marks are eligible to apply for registration/admission to B.A. LL.B. (5 years) Course.
