Bharat Institute of Nursing, DalliRajhara, was established in 2012 and is one of the foremost institutes offering nursing education in the Balod District of Chhattisgarh, India. This co-educational institute is built on a compact 0.45-acre campus with the motto of developing skilled healthcare professionals. This institute is recognised by the Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi, and at present, it offers two speciality nursing programmes for which 245 students are admitted. The faculty strength of the institute is 30, with a good student-faculty ratio that will provide adequate scope for personal attention and quality education.
The institute has various facilities to support its working process and the overall development of the students. A well-stocked library with an adequate collection of medical nursing books and journals acts as a treasure for the young bloods intending to pursue their career in nursing. Besides, there are modern laboratories where students can work hands-on to develop practical skills related to nursing. There are separate hostel facilities for boys and girls who require accommodation in the campus itself. The Bharat Institute of Nursing also contains an auditorium for events and seminars, a cafeteria that offers refreshments, and sports facilities for physical well-being. A guest room is also provided for visiting faculty and family members; hospitality is one of the institute's virtues.
Bharat Institute of Nursing has two full-time nursing programmes: one four-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing) and one three-year General Nursing and Midwifery course. These programs at the Institute are aimed to deliver fully fledged theoretical knowledge and practical skills to turn out a successful nurse. This concentration of only two core programmes at the institute enables specialised training and in-depth study in the field of nursing.
