CODE VGU organizes architecture competitions to develop ideas and solutions for public spaces, to understand the spacial qualities for social engagement, to raise awareness for critical issues that are currently affecting them. This is a co-educational institution with campus based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, empowered by Vivekananda Global University. Based on the accreditation given by NAAC, CODE VGU has achieved an 'A+’ grade in its quality standard. Currently, the institute lays out 15 courses under four different categories of degrees which include B.Des, B.Voc, M.Des and integrated.

To support the learning of students, CODE VGU is equipped with a complete range of facilities that promote the learning culture among students. The college has modern equipped labs for regular Practice & Research and Resourceful Library for Gathering Knowledge. If the need arises, the school provides hostels for boys and girls which provides a conducive environment for students stay. 

One can also perceive the spirit of an all-round development in the section which is provided by the institute to support the sporting tough and team spirited students. There is a traditional auditorium building on campus that both hosts numerous events and plays a role in the cultural and academic development of students. Furthermore, it has facilities like internet connection, computer, and medical services because the institute believes that, students should be equipped with modern information technology gadgets and quality health care during their study.

The courses provided by CODE VGU comprise a total of 15 courses which include the full-time undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. The following is the landscape of course portfolio which includes four years B.Des in Interior Design and Product Design, Fashion and Textile Design, and User Experience Design and a five year’s integrated B.Des-MBA prog. The postgraduate program includes a 2-year Master in Design with specialization in User Experience. Further, CODE VGU has a variety of B.Voc courses in Graphics, Interior, and Fashion, courses that take one year to three years to complete. All faculties of the institute have a caliber intake policy and majority of the programs offer 20 seats each year so the student gets individual attention and quality education.

The admission requirements at CODE VGU can be easily understood, and it is focused on choosing worthy and hardworking students for its programs. B.Des courses namely Interior Design & Product Design, Fashion & Textile Design, User Experience Design require passing through the De-CODE Exam by the institute. The integrated programme B.Des and MBA also provides an option of taking De-CODE Exam on passing which candidates can get direct admission at IILM. For M.Des programmes like User Experience and Fashion Design, besides executive aptitude tests, the mode of selection is interview only. 

The B.Voc courses, which can take anywhere from one to three years, students are admitted through interviews. They have examinations at the national level that they allow bachelor’s degree students such as UCEED (Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design) for some programs.
