Incorporated in the year 1998, Christian College of Engineering and Technology is one among the noted educational institutes located in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. The college offers 7 courses, ranging from undergraduate to postgraduate programs. At the undergraduate level, CCET offers BE in Computer Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, and Electrical Engineering. For Post Graduate studies, the college offers Master of Technology programs in subjects like CAD CAM Robotics, Nano Technology and High Voltage Engineering .The courses run on a full-time program bases with intensive learning and practical exposure on the subjects.

The admission procedure of CCET Bhilai is transparent and fair enough. In the undergraduate programs, 50% of the seats in all branches are filled under the Minority Quota (Christian) at the college level. While the Remaining 50% of the seats are filled through post-entrance exam counseling by the Directorate of the Technical Education, Chhattisgarh. Particularly, this is for the domicile holders of Chhattisgarh who have appeared in the Chhattisgarh Pre Engineering Test (CG PET). Also, admission is based on the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) examination results.
