Commerce College Satna was established in the year 1960 and is one of the most recognized educational institute of Aadarsh Nagar Hawai Patti Satna (Madhya Pradesh). This is establishment has been in existence for more than 6 decades and provide comprehensive programmes with course offerings across disciplines. It boasts of a total student enrolment of 387 students as well as a faculty of 7, which makes the college ideal to offer close learning. It currently provides 7 courses under four degree programmes including commerce, arts, science and business administration. Thus, some data about ranking is missing, yet the experience of the college in the region can be considered an indicator of its devotion to education.

It has a lot of amenities that have been put in place to help promote the college experience. Sometimes it is situated in the centre of knowledge pointing at the fact it accumulating a huge amount of books that can be useful for students. The technical department has arranged this college’s departmental-based laboratory so that students can learn by practicing what they have known theoretically. It offers a total of 7 full-time courses so, student can choose their favourite field for make their future bright. The course also covers all level, that is, undergraduate and postgraduate level programmes. The existing programme offered includes BA, B.Com with Computer Applications, B.Sc with various combinations of faculties (Botany, Chemistry, and Zoology; Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics; Computer Science Mathematics and Physics) and M.Com.
