DGCT Salem admissions for the academic year of 2024-25 are open now and can be applied for through the admissions portal of DGCT Salem.
Dhirajlal Gandhi College of Technology, Salem which is widely renowned as DGCT Salem was established in 2011 by Shri Dhirajial A Gandhi, Mukesh and Associates. The DGCT Salem is affiliated to Anna University Chennai and is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). DGCT Salem offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses to the students in the field of engineering and architecture.
DGCT Salem courses include undergraduate BE/B.Tech programmes and postgraduate ME programmes in full-time mode. As for the DGCT Salem admissions, candidates must have a valid qualifying or entrance exam score such as GATE and TANCET. The DGCT Salem selection criteria for BE/B.Tech course include having a valid past qualification and appearing for TNEA counselling.

ME Structural Engineering
Candidates who have passed all the subjects in the recognized qualifying (B.E. / B.Tech.(Civil) degree with a minimum of 50% marks for General category and 45% marks for reserved categories, BC / BCM / MBC & DNC / SC / SCA / ST candidates belonging to Tamil Nadu, in the qualifying examination.
ME CAD CAM
Candidates who have passed all the subjects in the recognized qualifying B.E. / B.Tech. (Mechanical/ Automobile/ Manufacturing/ Production/ Industrial/ Mechatronics/ Marine/ Aeronautical) degree with a minimum of 50% marks for General category and 45% marks for reserved categories, BC / BCM / MBC & DNC / SC / SCA / ST candidates belonging to Tamil Nadu, in the qualifying examination.
ME Computer Science and Engineering
Candidates who have passed all the subjects in the recognized qualifying B.E. / B.Tech.(EEE/ ECE/ Electronics/ IT/ CSE/ I&C/ E&I/ Instrumentation) or M.C.A. or M.Sc. 5years integrated (IT / CS/ Software Engineering) degree with a minimum of 50% marks for General category and 45% marks for reserved categories, BC / BCM / MBC & DNC / SC / SCA / ST candidates belonging to Tamil Nadu, in the qualifying examination.
ME Communication Systems
Candidates who have passed all the subjects in the recognized qualifying B.E. / B.Tech. Electronics and Communication, Electronics degree with a minimum of 50% marks for General category and 45% marks for reserved categories, BC / BCM / MBC & DNC / SC / SCA / ST candidates belonging to Tamil Nadu, in the qualifying examination.
