Faculty of Law, Arunachal University of Studies, Namsai,  also called Faculty of Legal Studies is one of the constituent colleges located in Arunachal University of Studies. This college was set up in the year 2014 and it will be situated in the beautiful Knowledge City at Namsai in Arunachal Pradesh. The campus is located across 48 acres of land is suitable for the impartation of legal education. Recognised by the Bar Council of India (BCI), such faculty ensure that the faculty confirms to the highest standards in legal education. Faculty of Law, Arunachal University of Studies, Namsai conducts undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral studies in the field of law with an aim to produce legal professionals for different levels of the learning process.

Selecting a number of legal courses, the Faculty of Law provides clear evidence of its concern with legal education at all levels. The institute offers five courses out of which there are three undergraduate, one postgraduate and one doctoral course. The two undergraduate programmes are LLB for three years and integrated BA/LLB for five years with an intake capacity of 120 students each. For those who wish to further their studies in law, the faculty provides a two-year LLM programme. In addition, education at the institute is also available at the research level in the shape of a Ph.D. Law and LLD. 

The admission details at the Faculty of Law, Arunachal University of Studies, Namsai, differ in terms of the various programmes. For the Ph.D. in Law programme, candidates have to satisfy the national level tests like NET-JRF, NET-LS, GATE or state level test recognised by UGC/ Central/State governments. This requirement makes sure that the doctoral candidates meet the required research skill and academic background.
