LLB
- Any candidate who has passed Bachelor Degree/ Master Degree/ other equivalent degree recognized by Madhusudan Law University/ UGC in any discipline shall be eligible for admission into Three year LL.B. (CBCS) Course.
- A candidate who fulfils the above requirements shall have to obtain not less than 45% of aggregate marks in case of General Category and 40% of aggregate marks in case of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Category.
LLM
- Candidates must have a three-year LLB degree or a three-year integrated LLB degree if equivalent LLB degree from a recognized University.
- Candidates must have obtained at least 55% marks in aggregate of the qualifying degree examination.
- For candidates of the SC/ST category, a relaxation of 5% marks is provided i.e. they need to have 50% marks in the qualifying LLB degree exam.
