PGDM
- All applicants are required to appear for GMATx/CAT*/XAT/+ before applying to Great Lakes Institute of Management.
- For PGDM 2025 Intake, Great Lakes Institute of Management will accept scores of GMAT taken after 1st January 2022, CAT taken in 2023/2024, XAT taken in 2024/2025.
- All applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution and minimum 60% score across 10th/12th/Undergraduation.
- Freshers and candidates with strictly less than 36 months of work experience as on 30th June 2025 ONLY are eligible to apply.
- Candidates with 2-3 years of work experience by 30th April 2025 are encouraged to apply for the One Year Flagship PGPM. They are also eligible to apply for the Two year PGDM.
- In case an eligible candidate would like to apply for both the programs, they may do so by filling the application forms for both PGPM and PGDM separately. Candidates will be evaluated based on the respective program’s admission criteria. The admissions panel may also recommend the candidates for a specific program based on the assessment and program fit.
- There will be a special preference for College / University rank holders in terms of an extra weightage gained as part of the selection process. The onus of proof of rank is vested in the applicant.
PGPM
- Valid CAT*/GMATx/XAT+ scores. For PGPM admission process 2025-26, Great Lakes Institute of Management will accept scores of GMAT taken after 1st January 2022, CAT taken in 2023/2024, or XAT taken in 2024/2025.
- NMAT# 2023 onwards scores will additionally be accepted for PGPM 2025-26. You can enter scores from multiple attempts. Only the best score will be considered for your admissions.
- A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution
- Candidates with 2 to 10 years of work experience are considered.
- Candidates with 2-3 years of work experience by 30th April 2025 are encouraged to apply for the One Year Flagship PGPM. They are also eligible to apply for the Two year PGDM.
- In case an eligible candidate would like to apply for both the programs, they may do so by filling the application forms for both PGPM and PGDM separately. Candidates will be evaluated based on the respective program’s admission criteria. The admissions panel may also recommend the candidates for a specific program based on the assessment and program fit.

PGXPM
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% throughout academics
Minimum of 8 years of full-time professional experience
FPM
- A Master’s Degree in any area or Two-year Post Graduate Diploma or a 5-year Integrated Master’s Degree with 60% or above marks. Candidates in the final year of their master's program may also apply.
PGPM Family Business and Entrepreneurship
- A completed bachelor's degree as of May 2025
- Recognized undergraduate degree with at least 50% score.
- Should be part of a registered Family Business or an Entrepreneur.
- Applicants can take Great Lakes Aptitude Test (GREAT) alternatively for admissions to PGPM - FBE.
- Valid test score in any one of – CAT, XAT, GMAT, NMAT; candidates without any of these scores can take the Great Lakes Aptitude Test (GREAT)
