Harendra-Chitra College, Bhaktardoba, an affiliated college, came into existence from 1992 at Naligaon, Barpeta District of Assam. A private co-educational learning institution, this university has the following Arts Undergraduate programmes on offer. With a total student enrolment of 397 and faculty strength 26,Noavar college offers a specialized environment for learning. The institute provides five courses over 2 degree programmes of which the primary focus is on subjects like Assamese, Political Science, Education and Arabic.
