International Institute of Rehabilitation Sciences and Research (IIRSR) is one of the most popular educational facilities built in 2006 in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Located to the rear of Xavier High School in the Jagamara locale of Khandagiri, this affiliated college focuses on rehabilitation sciences and research. IIRSR provides a wide services package that comprises three full time courses across the discipline areas. This institute caters to a total of 61 students and a faculty of 21 members thus providing a good student-teacher ratio meaning they give the students their undivided attention.
IIRSR also has equipped well-developed complex of facilities to promote the desire and passion of learning for students. The institute has its well-equipped library that allows many students to have access to an enormous amount of material. Advanced labs meet the practical learning requirements of the students of different departments. The campus is developed with the modern IT facilities to make students connected and to provide the usage of digital resources in studies. IIRSR provides the sporting amenities and an event hall for programmes such as seminars. On the same note of students well-being, the institute has a health centre that include first aid amenities. Comfort and hygienically maintained, self-spaced, purified drinking water and strongly secured hostel facility for each students separately for both male and female have accommodations of 50 beds each.
There are three full-time courses taught at the institute at undergraduate as well as postgraduate level. These are the Bachelor of Physiotherapy , Bachelor of Audiology and Speech Language Pathology (BASLP) and Masters of Science in Audiology. The BPT and BASLP are the four-year undergraduate programmes and M.Sc Audiology is a postgraduate programme of two- year duration. Every course is meant to equip the students with adequate theoretical learning and best practice in the area of specialisation.

BPT
The candidate must have passed 10+2, or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, English, and Biology with a minimum of 50% mark taken together in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
BASLP
- The candidate must be qualified 10+2 or an equivalent examination from a recognized board with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks
- For SC/ST the minimum marks is 40% and for PH candidates the minimum marks are 45%.
- The candidate should have studied Physics, Chemistry, and one of the subjects from Biology/ Mathematics/ Computer Science/ Statistics/ Electronics/ psychology.
