JDT Islam College of Pharmacy, Kozhikode , affiliated to deemed university was started in 2004 at Vellimadukunnu, Kozhikode, Kerala. This affiliated college located in a sprawling 2 acres of land is well focused on the education and research in the field of pharmaceuticals. Approved by NAAC, the college has succeeded to secure approvals of PCI and AICTE that consider quality education in the field of Pharmacy. JDT Islam College of Pharmacy has intake capacity of 264 students and employes a faculty of 19, which provides a personalised environment for learning for students those who wants to learn pharmacy.

JDT Islam College of Pharmacy has a portfolio of Pharmacy programmes to serve all the Pharmacy education levels. The institute provides three full-time courses: B.Pharma or Bachelor of Pharmacy, M.Pharma – Master in Pharmacy Practice, and D.Pharma or Diploma in Pharmacy. The current student intake is 135 through all courses with 60 admissions for B.Pharma course, 60 admissions for D.Pharma course, and 15 admissions for M.Pharma in Pharmacy Practice respectively. B.Pharma
The Candidates shall have passed the 10+2 examination conducted by the respective State/Central Government authorities recognized as equivalent to the 10+2 examination by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology as optional subjects, with 50 % marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology put together and 50% marks in Mathematics/Biology separately.
M.Pharma Pharmacy Practice
The candidate who passed the B.Pharm degree examination from Kerala University of Health Sciences or an examination equivalent thereto of any other University recognized by Kerala University of Health Sciences with not less than a total of 55% marks.
D.Pharma
The candidate should pass any of the following Examinations with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Mathematics: i) the Intermediate science examination, ii) the first year of three year degree course in science, iii) the 10+2 examination (academic stream) in the science, iv) pre-degree examination, or v) any other qualifications approved by PCI as equivalent to any of the above examinations.
