Jogendra Rajkrishna College of Teachers Education, Hingalganj, is an educational institute established in the year 2016. The affiliated college campus is 1 acre, located in the Indian state of West Bengal. This NCTE approved institute runs two specialised teaching programs for which 92 students are enrolled. The 13 experienced teachers provide the college with a great learning environment, fostering close interaction between students and teachers.
There are various facilities made available that help in students' learning and grooming. On one hand, there is a knowledge centre in the form of a well-stocked library; on the other, modern IT-infrastructure setups strictly make help available to students to stay updated with ever-evolving technological changes in pedagogies. Specialised laboratories provide practical exposures fundamental for a teacher's training. Comfortable accommodations are provided separately for both male and female students in an environment well managed by their respective warden, sub-warden, and other staff members, which is very handy for those students coming from far away places.
The Jogendra Rajkrishna College of Teachers Education offers two full-time courses, each extending over a two-year duration: B.Ed and D.El.Ed. The courses are designed in this way to equip a student with skills and knowledge so that he or she is able to take up teaching as a successful career.

Here at Jogendra Rajkrishna College of Teachers Education, admission is decided purely on merit, based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/ or entrance test.Admission to the B.Ed. course will be made according to the policies of the State Government, UT Administration, and the affiliating University. Admission to D.El.Ed course shall be made as per the guidelines of the State Government or UT Administration.

Candidates with at least fifty percent marks either in the Bachelors Degree and Masters Degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/ Humanity, Bachelor's in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification, equivalent thereto, are eligible for admission to the program.
D.El.Ed
Candidates with at least 50% marks in the higher secondary (+2) or its equivalent examination are eligible for admission.
