Jugal Kishore Degree College Gawan, Sambhal, established in 2005, is an affiliated college recognised by I.U. South Campus Lucknow University. This is an NCTE-approved institution that provides undergraduate and professional courses for its students. It has 39 committed teachers as its faculty, which makes the learning environment favourable to the students. Although detailed enrolment statistics are lacking, the college provides four distinct degree programmes to meet the various educational needs of the learners. These comprise the Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) and Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) Currently, the college offers B.Ed., a flagship course of the institution, which has an approved capacity of one hundred students, meaning the college targets on producing teachers.
