Kamla Nehru Institute of Management and Technology (KNIMT Pharmacy College) is well known institute of Sultanpur for its faculty of pharmacy. This affiliated college was set up in 2004 and is located in Sultanpur, Uttar Pradesh on a 6.25 acres of land. PCI and AICTE have given their acknowledgement to KNIMT for providing quality education to the students. KNIMT provides 3 degree courses as well as 4 courses, pharmacists intake capacity is 391 students and faculty of 32 members with multi-education system which are suitable for the next generation pharmacists at their needed level of education. 

KNIMT Pharmacy College has facilities that would make the learning process of students unique and enjoyable. Corporate facilities contain specifically designed and equipped libraries, laboratories which offer control conditions for researches and experiments necessary for gaining essential pharmaceutical experience. The library is primarily a source of information as the resource centre for reference as well as study materials. IT facilities at KNIMT are well-developed with latest computers and internet connections with licensed software applications and air-conditioned computer labs and wireless facility throughout the campus so that the students remain connected to updated information. For those who seek accommodation, the institute has several hostels for boys and girls therefore providing a mess, reading rooms and very strict security to make it a second home. 

Academic programmes of KNIMT are hence extensive to suit the various needs of persons who wish to become pharmacists. List of full time courses offered at the institute: B.Pharma with 100 seats, D.Pharma with 60, M.Pharma Pharmaceutics with 18, and M.Pharma Pharmaceutical Chemistry with 10. Such courses are structured to impart knowledge that qualifies students with the knowledge required in relation to a successful career in pharmacy besides the skills. To improve the understanding of the student capacity across courses at the corporate level, a total student intake has been noted to be 391 proving the institute’s potential to produce a large number of pharmacy professionals per academic year.
