Kashmir Creative Education Foundation Law College, Pulwama started in 2008 is an affiliated college at Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir. This institution is located on a four acre land and has the objective of offering quality education in law. The college is also affilitated to the Bar Council of India, so the college follows all the rules and regulation of BCI for legal education. The college follows the low student-teacher ratio; currently, we have 148 students and 8 members of the faculty. The institution offers two comprehensive law programmes: a 3-year course leading to the award of the degree of Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a 5-year integrated course with the award of a Bachelors degree in Arts (BA) combined with the degree of Bachelor of Laws( LLB) Integrated.

A reading room is always equipped with adequate legal material as well as literature for reference purposes. As for the opportunity to practice law, the service of a moot court is helpful for aspiring lawyers because, in training, students are guided through the case and, as a rule, have the opportunity to test their abilities in the interpretation of legislation before an audience in a mock trial setting. It also places emphasis on the use of technology in its IT structure and provides the students with Information on current technologies used in research. A gym is also provided for students physical activities, The auditorium is used to conduct various event such as seminars to complement the learning process. The campus also includes appropriately facilitated class rooms, practical session laboratories, and canteen facility for the students.
With its two full-time law programmes, Kashmir Creative Education Foundation Law College is very precise in its curriculum. The general LLB course of a duration of 3 years is for graduates of various disciplines who want to make a career in law The integrated courses, where one can get both the degrees of arts and law in the same course is offered for the students directly after their 12th standard and this course takes five years. The total credits for both programmes are also equal, and the programmes offered are run in full time mode thus offering intensive student learning. These indicate that although there is no fixed number of seats for each programme, the overall capacity to admit students in the college is 148; therefore, the college admission process only allows quality students to pursue quality education.

This is an integrated 5-year course which was conceived with an objective to bring legal education at par with other professional courses like medicine and engineering, where a student fresh out of high-school can make an immediate career choice. The curriculum for the courses is a mix of social-science subjects and legal subjects. In the first two years, a student at KCEF will be taught History, Political Science, Sociology and Economics along with the standard legal subjects. After that it is mainly legal subjects that constitute the curriculum. In the final year the students get to specialize in whichever areas they like and to do seminar courses in them. There is a plethora of Seminar Courses offered right from Air and Space law and Medical Law to Cyber Laws.
