LLB
Seeking admission to a 3-year law course qualifications needed are only 12th and three-year graduation, with 12th being the basic qualification for seeking admission into a 3-year law course,
- The qualifications of 10th, 12th (+2), and graduation may be obtained through any mode (distance/correspondence / open schooling method).
- The Pass percentage is 45% for the general category, 42% for the OBC category, and 40% for the SC/ST category.
LLM
Candidates must have a three-year LLB degree or a three-year integrated LLB degree if equivalent LLB degree from a recognized University
Candidates must have obtained at least 55% marks in aggregate of the qualifying degree examination
For candidates in the SC/ST category, a relaxation of 5% marks is provided i.e. they need to have 50% marks in the qualifying LLB degree exam.
PGD in Labour Law
A candidate who has passed any degree of this University or any of the degrees of any other University accepted by the syndicate as equivalent thereto subject to such conditions as may be prescribed therefore shall be permitted to appear and qualify for the Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Law [PGDLL] examination of this University after a course of study of One Academic Years.
