M.Phil Punjabi
A Candidate must have passed Master degree in Punjabi with at least 55% marks (6.18 CGPA out of 10) 50% marks (5.62 CGPA out of 10) for SC/ST candidates of a recognized university.
M.Phil English
A Candidate must have passed Masters degree in English with at least 55% marks 6.18 (GPA out of 10) or 50% marks 5.62 (GPA out of 10 for SC/ST candidate) of GNDU or equivalent degree of recognized University or allied Subject.
M.Phil Commerce
A Candidate Must be Passed Masters Degree in Commerce/ Management/Allied subjects/MFC with at least 55% marks (6.18 CGPA out of 10) or 50% marks (5.62 CGPA out of 10) for SC/ST candidates of GNDU or equivalent degree of a recognized university or allied subject.
M.Phil Physics
A Candidate should have passed in M.Sc. (Physics) or M.Sc.(Hons) Physics Degree with at least 55% marks from GNDU or any other examination recognized equivalent thereto by the University/college. for the entrance test will be of M.Sc. (Physics) of GNDU or equivalent exam.
M.Phil Chemistry
A Candidate must have passed Master degree in Chemistry with at least 55% marks (6.18 CGPA out of 10) 50% marks (5.62 CGPA out of 10) for SC/ST candidates of a recognized university.
MA English
Candidate must have passed:-
1. Bachelors Degree in any faculty with 50% marks in aggregate or 45% marks in the subject concerned or equivalent examination or Master Degree of GNDU or another University subject or another faculty.
2. Besides the above criteria, a student who has passed B.A. (Hons. School) in English shall also be eligible.
MA Economics
Candidate must have passed:-
1. A person who passed Bachelor degree in any stream with 50% marks in aggregate.
2. A person who passed graduation (with economics as a subject ) with 45% marks in Economics.
3. A person who passed B.com with 45% marks in the subject of Economics or B.Sc (Hons. School) in Economics.
