Laxminarayan Institute of Technology, Nagpur was established in 1942. The college is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with a grade of A+. The LIT Nagpur courses are approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Laxminarayan Institute of Technology, Nagpur is a constituent college of Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur.
The LIT Nagpur admissions are offered for B.Tech. and M.Tech. programmes at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The college offers courses in full-time mode only. The LIT Nagpur courses are offered in the specialisations like Chemical Engineering, Food Processing, Paint Technology, Polymer Technology and many more. The B.Tech admissions are done on the candidate’s performance in the MHT-CET/JEE Main examination and the M.Tech programmes are done through valid GATE scores.
