The Maa Bhagwata Kunwar Institute of Polytechnic, Mau (MBKIP) is an affiliated college situated in Mau, Uttar Pradesh, India. Founded with a noble aim to produce quality technical education, the institute offers diploma courses in different engineering streams. Syllabi in MBKIP are recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), thus promoting standard technical education in the country. MBKIP currently provides a total of five full-time diploma courses, all of which take three years to complete. The institute's academic offer in this type is represented by a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, a Diploma in Mechanical Production Engineering, a Diploma in Computer Science, a Diploma in Civil Engineering, and a Diploma in Mechanical Automobile Engineering. These are first and foremost aimed at giving students the right grounding to enable them to start off on a good note in the chosen field. The combined approval for the admission of all courses is 300 seats, with Electrical Engineering admitting ninety students and Computer Science admitting fifty each for Civil Engineering, Mechanical Production Engineering, and Mechanical Automobile Engineering admitting thirty.
