Maha Balidani Panna Dhaya Mahila Shikshak Parikshan Mahavidyalaya is fully devoted to women education in the area of teacher training and  issituated in Rajsamand of Rajasthan. This affiliated college was established in 2006 and is approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) for maintaining the quality standards of teacher education. Located on a small 3.125 acre land, the institute is delivering education to 198 students and has 16 faculty members. The college focuses exclusively on the training of teachers hence its flagship programme, the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed).

Maha Balidani Panna Dhaya Mahila Shikshak Parikshan Mahavidyalaya boasts of availing a variety of infrastructural amenities to supplement the learning process of the students. The college has a library that is unique and rich in source, the college library books over six thousand of books. They include the sciences, arts among other fields. As well, it provides encyclopedias, reference books, magazines and journal and as such creates rich base for self reading programmes. Academic disciplines like biology, chemistry, physics, general science and home science are taught in the well-equipped laboratories of the campus and students get to learn by actually practicing what is being delivered to them. For technology-based learning, there is adequate computer laboratory that has 20 computers and internet facilities and facilities for 36 students at a time. The institute also has Physical Directorship for sports activities as well as playing fields, an auditorium used for event and seminars as well as a health centre for first aid services.

Maha Balidani Panna Dhaya Mahila Shikshak Parikshan Mahavidyalaya offers a single full-time course, the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) programme. It takes two-years and the institute allows an intake of hundred students at a time, which shows that the institute only aims at teachers preparation for the future. The B.Ed course is essentially the programme that gives the new teachers the information, proficiency and pedagogical practice that would allow him/her to practice teaching effectively.
