The college of commerce under the MMG group was set up in 2005; it is reckoned as one of the premier learning institutes located in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. Located on NH4 Sion Panvel Express Highway in Kamothe Sector 1, this affiliated college has been holding the baton of commerce education for almost two decades now. With a total strength of 166 students and a faculty of 4 teachers, the college provides a niche for its students. At present, there is only one course being offered here, known as BMS, wherein only 60 seats are available, which are especially intended for the students who want to have a career in management and commerce.

Although the total intake capacity of students is 166, the current total enrolment is also 166, hence the popularity of the college among commerce and management qualification-seeking students of the region.
