Mahatma Gandhi Vidyamandir's Arts Science and Commerce College, Harsul was established in the year 1993. It is affiliated to a college located at Trambakeshwar, Nashik, Maharashtra. The NAAC accredited institution has streams of both arts, science, and commerce in its programmee portfolio. The college campus area is 0.81 acres, compact, and there are a total of 983 students with support to a teaching staff of 10 members. The institute follows three different kinds of programmes, which include undergraduate and postgraduate programmes meant to cater to different interests and career ambitions of the students.

Mahatma Gandhi Vidyamandir's Arts Science and Commerce College runs three courses, separately in different disciplines,. The institute collectively admits 300 students for all its programmes in aggregate student intake. Merit is the base in admissions, where the norms and regulations of the Savitribai Phule Pune University, Maharashtra State Government, and the college management hold good. 

In the undergraduate courses, like BA and B.Sc, entry into the course will be on the basis of the merit secured by the student in the Higher Secondary Certificate examination.
