Manoranjan Saha Memorial B.Ed. College, Maynaguri, a co-educational teacher education institution, was established in the session 2010. Affiliated college, at Uttar Mouamari, Bagjan, Maynaguri, Jalpaiguri, West Bengal has got recognition from the National Council for Teacher Education. It runs two specialized courses of education having an aggregated enrolment of 254 students.
These are provided in order to make their learning ability more enriching within the campus. As the knowledge hub, the library has been well-stocked with whatever materials would be necessary for academic growth. It also houses departmental laboratories to support practical exposure. Sports facilities are also made available to instill physical fitness and team spirit among the students for their all-round development. A cafeteria will provide a campus environment where students are allowed to spend time together and socialize. The health center inside the campus caters to first-aid facilities for the health care of its students. The auditorium is a place for various events and seminars that take place on the campus, making its culture vibrant. The college has taken up the facility for parking by the staff and students for convenience. Manoranjan Saha Memorial B.Ed. College offers two regular courses: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) and Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed). The B.Ed course has an approved intake of 100 students, and D.El.Ed can have a strength of 50 students.

Candidates with at least fifty percent marks either in the Bachelor’s degree and/or in the Master’s degree in sciences/social sciences/humanity, Bachelors in Engineering or Technology with specialization in science and mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto, are eligible for admission to the program.
D.El.Ed
Candidates with at least 50% marks in the Higher Secondary (+2) or its equivalent examination are eligible for admission.
