Mar Osthatheos Training College is a prestigious college, set up in the year 2005, situated in Perumpilavu, Thrissur, Kerala. This co-educational college is aligned with the University of Calicut and is authorised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The B.Ed programme has an intake capacity of 100 students The D.El.Ed course has provision for 50 students. These two programmes are intended to prepare the students for a professional career as teachers with necessary knowledge and skills.

To assure merit in the admission process at Mar Osthatheos Training College a just process is followed diligently. For B.Ed programme, merit quota 50% and management quota 50%. Selection of candidates in merit seats is made according to the rank list prepared by the Director of LBS Centre for Science & Technology, Thiruvananthapuram.
