Mata Padmawati College and School of Nursing, Nahan, is an affiliated college in Sirmour, Himachal Pradesh, that was established in the year of 2011. These nursing institution is recognised by the Indian Nursing Council (INC) so as to promote quality education on nursing in healthcare. It provides three prohgrammes such as B. Sc Nursing, General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM), and Post Basic B.Sc Nursing. GNM
- Applicants for admission must complete 17 years of age on 31st August and not more than 35 years of age. Married candidates can also apply.
- Eligibility- 10+2 with preferably science or any other stream like Arts, Commerce & Vocational Course with minimum 40% marks.
- The candidate should be medically fit.
B.Sc Nursing
- An applicant for admission must be completed 17 years of age on 31st August.
- Eligibility- 10+2 with physics, chemistry & biology with minimum 45% marks.
- The candidate should be medically fit.
Post Basic B.Sc Nursing
- The applicant for admission should be between 17 to 35 years as on 31st December.
- Eligibility: 10+2 with preferably science or any offer stream like arts, commerce & vocational courses with minimum 40% marks.
- The candidate should be obtained 50% marks in General Nursing & Midwifery from a recognized Institution Approved by Indian Nursing Council.
- The candidate must be registered as a Registered Nurse/Midwife (RN/RM) with H.P State Nurses Registration Council, Shimla during the time of the Admission process.
- The candidate should be medically fit.
