MDU Centre for Professional and Allied Studies, Gurugram, was established in the year 2000 and is a constituent college of Maharshi Dayanand University. It is situated in a 10-acre campus in the heart of Sector 40, Gurugram. It is a co-educational institute recognised and approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and the Bar Council of India (BCI) for professional courses. The faculty strength of this centre is 19 members, making it a very focused learning environment.
The college has a vast array of state of the art infrastructure in place to make learning possible. The physical infrastructure has a well air-conditioned library with adequate sitting capacity. It can also give its students online access to a legal database namely 'Manupatra'. On the Information technology front, the college has an efficient IT facility comprising an Internet Lab of with 20 PCs having 10 broadband 2Mbps connectivity. The campus has a moot court facility to enable budding advocates to gain practical exposure to law court proceedings. Besides, there are facilities for an auditorium for conducting various events and seminars, gymnasium for fitness freaks, and vast sports facilities for the all-round development of the students in the MDU Centre for Professional and Allied Studies college.
The Centre has a total of six full-time courses through undergraduate and postgraduate programs. It includes three LLB courses, one in integrated honours; two MBA programs, one being an integrated case; and an LLM course.

The admission procedure slightly differs for each course provided at the MDU Centre for Professional and Allied Studies. For admission to the MBA course, the merit list is prepared on the basis of a written examination conducted by the university and followed by an interview and Group Discussion. The LLB and the LLB Integrated Honours are such that the candidates need to clear the MDU LLB Entrance Exam. In the case, the LLM programs, including the evening shift, there are admissions through an entrance test. On the other hand. The MBA Integrated Program is given out on academic merit.

LLM
A candidate who should have Passed with LL.B with 50% Marks shall be eligible for the course.
LLB
A Candidate who should have Passed in Graduation with 45% Marks shall be eligible for the course.
LLB Integrated Hons
A Candidate should have Senior Secondary Examination (10+2) with atleast 45% (40% for SC candidates of Haryana only) marks from Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani or any other examination recognized by M.D. University Rohtak as equivalent thereto. The age of candidates should not be more than 20 years (22 years in the case of SC candidates of Haryana).
LLM Evening Shift
A candidate who should have Passed with LL.B with 50% Marks and shall be eligible for the course.
MBA
The Candidate should Master's or Bachelor degree/ Shastri examination (New Scheme) of three-year duration with at least 50% marks in aggregate or any other examination recognized by M.D. University Rohtak as equivalent thereto
OR
Final examination conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India/Institute of Company Secretaries.
MBA Integrated
The candidates Should have Passed in Senior Secondary Examination (10+2) with at least 50% marks in aggregate from the Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani, or any other examination recognized by M.D. University, Rohtak as equivalent thereof.
