Meenakshi Sundararajan School of Management, or MSSM, started in 2001, is one of the affiliated colleges of the university in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) recognised this institution as a management education that is focused on 0.5-acre land. MSSM currently has 78 students enrolled in the programme and offered by 6 dedicated faculty members. TANCET counselling selects 50% of the students whose admission in this course is obtained on the basis of TANCET, an aptitude test conducted at the state level for management studies. The other fifty percent are selected directly by the management, probably considering the various criteria, not a prerequisite. This assessment takes into account their 10th, 12th, and undergraduate standards in terms of percentage as well as a group discussion and personal interview score.
