MERI College of Engineering and Technology was established in 1987 at Bahadurgarh, Delhi NCR, Haryana, India. The institute provides different engineering and management professional programs. Having a campus of 12.5 acres in area, MERI CET, as it is more commonly known, is an affiliated college approved by AICTE, offering 8 courses in 4 degree programs. The college has a strength of 31 faculty members and offers specialisations in Computer Science, Electronics and Communication, Mechanical, and Civil Engineering at the undergraduate level, and postgraduate programmes in engineering and management.

At the Undergraduate level, there are 4 B.Tech programs with a total intake of 210 students, M.Tech programs with 36 seats, and MBA program with 60 seats. 

The admission process in MERI College of Engineering and Technology follows the policies led by the government and thus depends upon the national-level entrance examinations. As far as admission into the B.Tech courses is concerned, applicants have to appear for and qualify in the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main). This is a regular examination and is regarded as the prime admission criterion for undergraduate courses in Engineering. For postgraduate courses such as M.Tech, candidates would be admitted on the basis of a valid GATE score.
