The Mtce College of Engineering and Technology was started in the year 1999, is an Engineering College located in Peddapalli, District- Andhra Pradesh and now a part of Telangana. This AICTE affiliated college has a 25.06 acres of campus and provides the facilities of engineering and management. The college being a professional one has a total student intake of 747 strength, and has a faculty strength of 161 which makes the MTCE Peddapalli a good place for learning. The institute follows 4 degree programmes and offer 15 courses in the fields of engineering disciplines, computer science, and management studies.

It is also agreed that the college has utmost commitment towards offering high technology resources in improving on the learning facility of the students. An important component of any academic institution, the library, has sufficient collection of 4202 titles and 39102 volumes and Indian as well as foreign journal subscription service. It is however a total computerized system that provides effective book lending services. MTCE Peddapalli also offers an excellent infrastructure facility in the field of IT which will help the students in having the IT facilities for studies. 

Facilities: The campus provides good laboratories appropriate to each department, and practical experience is important for engineering courses. For super extravascular activities the college offers sports and games facilities and therefore balances the students. The facility also has canteen which serves students as well as staff with food and beverages, snacks etc. Due to the fact that people become sick or fall sick at times, there is a health center with first aid facilities within college to address the health concerns of the college populace. The BAU has an auditorium where many events and seminars are held to promote an active college learning environment.

Admissions wise, MTCE Peddapalli brings a vast spectrum of courses of study on board 8 B.Tech programmes, three M.Tech specialisations, MBA, Diploma 3 and numerous other programmes. All programmes are full time offering students a thorough understanding and practical experience in their areas of specialty. This totals to 1,010 approved intake across all the offered courses which shows the institute’s potential to develop a huge number of would-be professionals annually.

The procedures for its admission is as like other educational institution multi staged and merit oriented for Peddapalli MTCE. A few B.Tech programmes have direct admissions through management quota while most of the admissions are taken through Telangana State Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET). To get into MBA the candidate has to write the Telangana Integrated Common Entrance Test (TSICET) and for M.Tech theважаTelangana State Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (TS PGECET). 

Diploma courses’ admission is based on Telangana State Polytechnic Common Entrance Test abbreviated as TS POLYCET. These entrance tests are conducted in May/ June and counseling/ admissions are conducted in July/Aug. The college also offers transport facilities which has college buses plying from Karimnagar, Godavarikhani, 8 incline colony and pedapalli convey ease for the students of the college from nearby regions. MTCE Peddapalli is in touch with many companies and also has a good number of alumni, which ensures openings for the growth and, placements for the present students.
